Pravin N Shekar is a self-motivated entrepreneur with graduation degree & currently pursuing the study of archeology. He has been a Safety Engineer at Mumbai having 12+ years’ of experience in Tunneling / High rise building construction. He has also Completed Mumbai fire brigade practical attachment training.
His passion of archeology made him research the reserves in India which eventually motivated him to design his own product Precious Metal Detector (PMD). He has only one aim is to eliminate superstition and frauds from this business segment. He is a hard core researcher and blends ancestral thoughts with latest technology.
Foreign Companies are using fake marketing tactics to sell their product in India. But their products have failed on field & due to this many people have lost their money & time. This has also created wrong impression in the minds of Indian people about Metal Detector. Keeping in this in mind Pravin put in all his expereince and vision in developing this product since thelast 3 years.
His inborn knack for leadership is evident as he brings to the fore the top of the line practices that creates the way towards recognition of the company. His capability of working in a multi-cultural and multi-functional environment across several functional groups in a matrix organization and along with this his experience in establishing operational processes helps in the growth of the company.
According to the results of PMD demo testing, and with Pravin N Shekar's guidance the PMD ELRLT (Long Range Electronic Locating Technology) has been applied for the first patent for this entire technology in the world.
